ARACEAE Terms of Use
Welcome to the ARACEAE Yahrin Mystery School ("ARACEAE") website, operated by Garden of Araina BV ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using this website, you ("participant," "initiate," or "user") agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. These terms are designed to protect the integrity of ARACEAE, its participants, and its sacred teachings. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not access or use this website or its content.
1. Participation and Personal Responsibility
1.1 Commitment to Personal Growth
By joining ARACEAE, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your personal process, growth, and actions during participation. You commit to conducting yourself with maturity, respect, and integrity throughout the healing process and any DNA activations that occur.
1.2 Use of Provided Resources
You agree to honor the designated time and space allocated for personal and group sessions. It is your responsibility to use these sessions effectively and refrain from excessive or inappropriate communication with your Initiator or other participants (e.g., through repeated texts, calls, or emails).
1.3 Emergency Situations
In emergencies, you may contact AhnėYah Yahrin directly via email or text. She will respond as promptly as possible. For additional support beyond standard sessions, you may schedule extra sessions as needed.
2. Respect and Conduct
2.1 Respect for the ARACEAE Vortex
The ARACEAE Mystery School is a sacred space of honor and respect.
Participants agree to:

Treat the vortex, AhnėYah Yahrin, and fellow participants/initiators with respect and dignity.

Avoid actions or words that could be perceived as disrespectful, harmful, or dishonorable.
Disrespectful or dishonorable behavior includes, but is not limited to:

Hate speech, racism, or violence.

Narcissistic or manipulative behavior.

Sharing ARACEAE’s sacred teachings, materials, or content with third parties.

Violating copyright or intellectual property rights.

Offering Genetic Key Code Activations (GKCA) professionally without successfully completing the required examinations and receiving certification.
2.2 Consequences of Misconduct
If a participant demonstrates extreme disrespect or dishonor, ARACEAE reserves the right to:

Revoke access to the online ARACEAE vortex and all related content.

Deny refunds for any participation fees.

Pursue legal action if necessary.
In most cases, AhnėYah Yahrin will attempt to resolve the matter through direct communication before taking further action. However, for extreme behavior, access may be revoked immediately without prior notice.
3. Copyright and Intellectual Property
3.1 Ownership of Content
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, teachings, products, and art pieces, is copyrighted and owned by AhnėYah Yahrin and Garden of Araina BV.
This includes:

Esoteric Mystery Teachings and DNA activation materials.

ARACEAE’s proprietary methods, structures, and programs.

Products and art pieces offered by Garden of Araina.
3.2 Restrictions on Use
The following restrictions apply to the use of ARACEAE’s content:

Non-Commercial Use: Content may not be used for commercial purposes.

Prohibited Sharing: Content may not be shared with individuals who are not members of ARACEAE, also not with members who are not within the same Cycle as Yourself.

Reproduction: Content may not be reproduced, imitated, or copied—for professional, recreational, or personal use—without prior written consent from AhnėYah Yahrin.
3.3 Lifetime Commitment
The copyright agreement is a lifetime commitment and remains enforceable even after a participant is no longer actively involved with ARACEAE.
3.4 Violation of Copyright
Any violation of ARACEAE’s copyright or intellectual property rights will result in:

Immediate removal from the ARACEAE vortex.

Legal action, including a fine of no less than €14,400 (equivalent to one Participation Tuition Fee), with the potential for higher penalties based on the severity of the violation.
4. Program Participation
4.1 Mystery School Structure
Participants acknowledge that the structure and program offered by ARACEAE are thoughtfully designed to support personal growth and transformation. By joining, you agree to:

Take responsibility for your level of engagement and inspired action.

Accept that the outcomes may differ from your expectations, as they align with your True Self’s deepest needs.
4.2 Unrealistic Expectations
AhnėYah Yahrin and Garden of Araina BV do not guarantee the resolution of all issues within one Circle Movement. Healing and transformation are ongoing processes that may require additional time and commitment depending on the depth and nature of One's individual inner devotion.
5. Legal Disclaimer
5.1 No Guaranteed Results
ARACEAE and its facilitators provide a sacred and supportive environment for growth and transformation. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Each participant’s journey is unique, and progress depends on individual circumstances and efforts.
5.2 Limitation of Liability
Garden of Araina BV and its representatives are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in ARACEAE or use of this website.
6. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
